  I have been a loyal customer for years and then last weekend, the brisket was terrible. My wife called and they said there had been other complaints and that the cooker was down that they usually use. The brisket was not edible and had to be thrown away. They never offered any service recovery, and when I called the next weekend, the female employee was dismissive about our experience and said only one other person had complained. This is the first complaint ever and I expected at least a discount since I was unable to eat the food that I received and brought home to my family. I don't go to the other place because of bad customer service. I am disappointed that they did not take responsibility for the unusually bad food. I'm unsure if I will be back. Loyalty should flow both ways. I'm disappointed.
